1. Take a half liter of water and put 5-10 dry gooseberry or dry powder of gooseberry and boil it.
2. You can also add coconut oil, almond oil or lemon juice in it.
3. Wash your hair with that water. You can keep the mixture overnight for better results.
Alternative method: Boil the dry amla with coconut or almond oil to make an oil solution.
Apply that oil to your scalp and massage from root to tip. Keep the oil for overnight and wash it next morning.
Repeat the process at least for 2 times in a week.

B. Black Tea: Black tea is best for whom who are suffering from premature greying of hair.

5. Allow it to stay on your hair for half or one hour and then wash your hair with cold water.

1. Take half cup of dried Sage leaves and 2 cups of water.
2. Boil the mixture for 20-30 minutes.
3. Allow the mixture to cool down.
4. Now moisture your hair with water and then rinse hair with the prepared liquid.
5. Repeat the process at least 3-4 times in a week.
You can use the sage leaves with black tea or rosemary for excellent results.

D. Coconut and Lemon Remedy:
The mixture of coconut and lemon protect and enhance the pigment cells of hair that are required to keep the hair color black. 1. Take 2 teaspoons full of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons full of coconut oil.
2. Heat the coconut oil for 1-2 mins.
3. Mix the lemon juice in it and stir it well.

5. Leave it for 1hr and rinse it with water and mild shampoo.
For better result, you can keep it overnight and wash it in the morning.
You can also use almond oil instead of coconut oil.

    You can also see how much natural hair shrinks up.  My hair is about 50% longer than it appears.  That s just something you have to deal with when you are natural.
